Your Information on Pulse Auction
Once you have been approved as a registered user with Pulse Auction, you will be required to choose a user name.  This user name will be displayed throughout the Pulse Auction website and therefore available to the public.  Unless you associate your user name with your personal information, users will not be able to identify your activities on Pulse Auction. When visiting Pulse Auction from a public or shared computer, certain information about you, like your user name, may remain visible to others who may use the computer after you.
Access, Review and Change of Personal Data
You can access, review and change most of your personal information by logging on to Pulse Auction at any time.  However, some of your personal information can only be changed by contacting our Customer Service.  You agree to promptly update your personal information if changes occur or if you discover any inaccuracies.

Revoking Consent/Deleting Your Account
At your request, we will close your account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible based on your account activity, and in accordance with applicable law.  We retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with applicable law, to prevent fraud, to collect any outstanding fees, to resolve disputes, to troubleshoot problems, to assist with any investigations, to enforce our Terms and Conditions and to take any other actions permitted by law. You can contact the administrator to request the deletion or deactivation of your Pulse Auction account at any time.  When your membership is deleted, your personal data will be removed from our database unless we are required to save it.  Generally, it takes two to three business days for your personal information to be completely removed from our records
