1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry and you must be a legal resident of the US to be eligible for any of our drawing. Employees of WW Pulse Inc. or immediate family members (parents, spouses, siblings, and children) are not eligible to win. 

 

2. To be eligible for our “Grand Opening Drawing” you must be one of our first 2000 registered members IN GOOD STANDING with WW Pulse Inc. at the time of drawing. If you are/were one of our first 2000 member and you are not or no longer in good standing you will be disqualified from our drawing. The first 2000 registered members in good standing will be entered into our random drawing which will take place on the day after WW Pulse Inc’s 1 year anniversary that being September 4th, 2011. Void where prohibited.

 

3. Drawing entrants agree to abide by the terms of the Official “Grand Opening Drawing” Rules. One name will be selected in a random drawing. Selected winner will be notified via email and Certified USPS mail September 6th 2011. The winner will be required to contact WW Pulse Inc., within 10 business days following winning notification. If the winner fails to contact WW Pulse Inc. and/or fails to agree and accept Official “Grand Opening Drawing” Rules, this will result in forfeiture of prize.

 

4. If WW Pulse Inc., is unable to contact winner via email or USPS certified mail, this will result in forfeiture of prize. The determination of contacting winner will be deemed as a reply from said winner within 10 days from original email and or certified mailing.  In the event of a forfeiture ww Pulse Inc's, "Grand Opening Drawing" will be deemed null and void.

 

5. The winner of our drawing will be required grants WW Pulse Inc., the right to use, publish, and broadcast, their legal name and likeness, state of residence and other information including but not limited to statements, photos, and videos worldwide in any and all media forms including but not limited to the World Wide Web. Furthermore this information can/may be used for including but not limited to advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without compensation. In the event the drawing winner does not grant the above rights said winner will forfeit drawing prize.

6. Winner may be requires to claim TV at a local retail estasblishment within a 15 mile radius. TV will be available to be claimed with 30 days of winner returning signed affidavit & publicity release and must be claimed within 30 days of pick-up notification. Any objection to the above disqualifies winner and tv will be forfeited. In the event of a forfeiture ww Pulse Inc's, "Grand Opening Drawing" will be deemed null and void.
